Highly experienced Administration, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant. She has 6 years of experience providing full administrative support to law firms (employment law and personal injuries) as well as to private companies. Gosia is a highly energetic individual with a can-do attitude and takes great pleasure in supporting her clients in running all aspects of their business as well as personal life. With a great eye for detail, she has been involved in day to day business administration, as well as in organising both personal and corporate events. 

Apart from her administrative support experience mentioned above, she also has 7 years of experience in recruitment. She has been involved in acquiring talents for international development projects worldwide and has proven working experience in sourcing candidates from Europe, Americas, Caribbean, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Pacific, using social media and international as well as local recruitment platforms. Gosia demonstrates an in-depth knowledge and proven experience of a full recruitment process, from advert preparation, posting, active sourcing of candidates, CV screening and rigorous candidate evaluation and selection, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation packages and conducting background checks.

Gosia is a highly organised individual with an ability to prioritise well and multi-task when working to very tight deadlines. She has been involved largely in the project management of the proposal preparation processes, to include preparation of budgets, securing the team members, research and writing particular, non-technical sections of proposals.
